Fajara waterfront is a newly built modern complex The Gambia can offer. It’s situated right on the Fajara beach with a beautiful sunrise view.

This apartment is on the 3rd floor, centered in the complex offering a view of the pool and a fresh sea breeze overseeing the ocean view enjoyable on it’s balcony.

We’re 3min to the famous Fajara golf club, 5min to super markets, petrol station, hospital, The St Paul Anglican church, The British Embassy, MRC and Envy night club and shops, other night clubs, bars& some good top restaurants in the Gambia are easy access to taxi’s, and we offer car rental Services. Safe, quiet and comfortable for both leisure and vacation stay.

Enjoy a walk, run or play football with the locals on the beach. We’re walking distance from bars and restaurants on the beach. Golf course is right next to the complex.

Check-in & Check-out Times

Check-in from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM; When you arrive management will help you to check in. If check in is late hours, you will have a self-check in and all instructions will be communicated to you by email, text or phone call 2days before your arrival dates.

Every item in the apartment is new and properly checked, if there is anything that is not working please report to management.

Check out from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM; 30 minutes before check out (9:30 AM) management will come for supervision of any damages. If you made any damages the item must be replaced. We charge the total cost of the item.

Guest access

You have full house to yourself. Full access to car park and swimming pool and store room 24/7.

Things to note

If you are driving please always make sure you are parking in your parking space, A3S2

For your visitors please have them park around the swimming pool parking lot.

The neighborhood

Right next to our complex There’s a golf club, which offers tennis court, pool table, snooker, sport bar, restaurant, swimming pool etc.

The property is very close to The French Consulate, British High Commission, Medical Research Center (MRC), American Embassy, Lebanese School, all within 5 minutes drive tops.

Around 12.9 km from Gambia National Museum, 5kms from crocodile pool and craft market.

Cancelation

Full refund cancellations made within 3 working days from booking date, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellation made within 7 days to check-in.

If the guest doesn’t show up we will charge the total price of the reservation.

Laws

No outdoor noise after 20:00. No parties.

Illegal drugs under Gambian law are prohibited.

No pets are allowed.

Any damages made by guest will be deducted from deposit made, or charged to the guest upon check out.

When checking out, please DO NOT take with you any item that we provided to confront your stay.

Please do not move things around.

Please turn off Air conditions whenever you’re leaving the apartment to save power.
